Belle Grace Shiloh Shepherd Puppies

Our girl, DaySprings Amazing T-ra o Zion came to us on a co-ownership from New Zion kennels in the Summer of 2005 after they failed to get her to conceive several times. She arrived here, loaded with parasites, and weighing in at approx 60 lbs. After a serious bath/grooming session, three treatments of Panacur to rid her of the multitude of intestinal parasites, and enough food to increase her to a proper weight of 90 lbs, she was bred. We had no problems, her first and only litter to date was born in November 2005 at BelleGrace Shilohs, and we fulfilled the co-own with New Zion receiving their three pups in January 2006. Their stud on loan, Zion's Knight Rider Kit was returned to New Zion in January 2006 along with the three female pups.

Maizi was referred to as T-ra then, but because it was a name we never really cared for, and it was one she didn't respond to in any way as she was raised in a kennel with minimal attention, we taught her the more feminine call name, Maizi, or Maizi Mae.

BelleGrace had her hips and elbows formally evaluated by OFA in the Autumn of 2006 before she was bred. She truly is an "amazing" girl as she is one of the elite group of Shilohs that rated OFA excellent on her hips. Full credit for that goes to her breeder, Lilli Anglin of Dayspring Shiloh Shepherds. Maizi has blessed us with beautiful pups in her previous litter, and we expect exceptional pups in this litter as well.

She has adjusted well to life here at BelleGrace, enjoying long walks on a leash and car rides, stretching out in the back seat, watching the world go by. She recalls in a heartbeat, always willing to please us with her tail wagging. Her chosen one is Sampson of Blitzkrieg Shilohs. In my many years with the Shilohs, Sampson of Blitzkrieg Shilohs ranks up there as one of the most impressive I have seen. This boy is the epitome of what the Shiloh should be; huge in size, heavy bone, beautiful broad head with an expressive face, flawless movement, calm completely stable temperament with a playful teasing side, great health; Sampson has it all. That is why we are thrilled to have matched him up to our Maizi. Maizi also has great size for a female, heavy bone, a broad head, and a wonderful temperament. Because she boasts as one of the elite group of Shilohs with excellent hips, this pairing will lock in those traits, producing giant sized healthy pups with strong hips and the personality that attracts attention to the breed.

All plush puppies, sables and duals, are expected the end of January 2007, and will be ready to go to their new forever homes just in time for spring house breaking the first of April.
